The service was on time, and the driver was very professional. However, nothing in the passenger compartment was functioning. The Bluetooth system was inoperable, even the driver was unable to get it working. The outlets didn’t work, and the mini-fridge couldn’t chill our wine. We made the best of the situation, but these issues were definitely disappointing, especially considering the cost of the service and the expectation that all features would be operational.
The Sprinter Van looked nice and the driver was very professional. I give it a 3 out of 5 because nothing in the back were my wife and I were sitting was operational. None of the outlets worked. The Bluetooth did not work. The driver tried to assist us by finding a safe spot to pull off the road, he jumped in the back with us and was unable to get it to connect /work.
