Val was referred by my insurer and he promptly made contact to organise a suitable time to attend my property. Although he had other jobs he accommodated my needs perfectly. He went above and beyond in saving my belongings and removing the damaged carpet. He inspected my house for any other instances of water damage and took care of these also.
