I used Premium Sealcoat several times before and it was reasonably priced and well done, but they did it 5 months ago and the surface has worn terribly. It's mottled/pocked like the material didn't hold up. I called and emailed and the office manager responded quickly and said the owner would come look ... and, crickets. I heard nothing. I've called and emailed several times and have gotten no response. So I have nothing left I can do except leave this review, and see if another provider can fix it. Disappointing!
Premium Sealcoat of Morrow has been a presence in the area for many years, and we have utilized their services for a long time. Did a great job on an old driveway filling cracks and topcoat.
Premium Sealcoat came to our hose on September 28, 2022. We were not home when they came and came home to work underwhelmed with the quality. Not only had they not filled the cracks in our driveway, they also had gotten black tar all over our garage, siding, fence, and cement. I called on September 29 to complain and they said they needed photos. I sent photos on September 30. They did not come out to “fix” the driveway until October 15.
