Thank you Nigel and the RV team for going out of your way to replace my Hot Water System so quickly, so we could still go on our holiday. A special thanks to Jody behind the desk for making it happen.
Anyone looking for a reputable caravan repair/service center? Look no further than Premium RV repairs. Nigel and the team have just completed a repair on our van to fix a persistent water leak which no one else seemed to be able to do. Nigels customer relations, approach to detail and workmanship and keeping you informed as to progress of work were outstanding. I will be happy to continue using Premium RV for any further work required and to recommend their service to any person interested.

We upgraded our motorhome sink from the standard Dometic RV sink with glass lid that came with the motorhome, to a full size Australian made stainless steel sink, the team did a fantastic job. We purchased a pre loved van and was on our first big trip when the hot water heater split flooding van and no hot water. At a time when every other company was telling me it’s too close to Xmas, Nigel and Jodie organised quote for warranty and sourcing the replacement, it was then installed in few hours on site.
