Highly recommended by a good friend, Rick helped me out big time with some parts I needed that they had in stock, got there just before closing but he took the time to show me around and answer some questioms I had. I won't be going anywhere else for my RV needs.

The person who answered the phone initially seemed enthusiastic about helping me. However, when I started asking questions about the specific part I needed, they seemed bothered. Their tone became slightly condescending as they emphasized their experience in selling parts, dismissing the particular requirements I was trying to explain.

I started buying supplies at Premium RV a couple years ago. They’ve always been pleasant and helpful. About a month ago I had a ladder installed, a generator overhauled and a valve stem extension installed. $1,140 worth of business overall. A week or so later I noticed one of the rear tires was flat. I attributed to a possible slow leak from a recent trip I had taken. I called Premium and asked if they could repair a flat. They don’t but suggested Pete’s Road Service.
