Do not use this company. Our living room ceiling started leaking water out of nowhere. Premium Restoration was called and they arrived to take a look. The technician helping us was very friendly and nice. He setup a plastic bag tube that he made by taping multiple individual pieces of plastic together and then taped it to our ceiling. He then attached this to a dehumidifier that pumped air in to the ceiling. He said it had to stay like that for 4-5 days to dry out before they could move forward. Worst people you’ll ever met and worst service you will ever get from these worst guys
Our apartment was flooded while we were out of town and after having a nightmare remediation experience with the restoration company called by the strata, we were absolutely saved by Norman and his team at Premium Restoration. Not only was Norman's communication and continued support throughout the process top-notch, but the team of contractors he brought in to replace the flooring, repair the cabinetry, and fix the plumbing were the best I've encountered in my time as a homeowner.
