Following a flood caused by my strata's plumber in a rental suite I own, they hired Devon and her team at Premium Restoration. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Premium Restoration with our recent flooding and floor/roof restoration. From the very beginning, their service has been exceptional. A few people in particular deserve special mention. Jeremy has really stood out for his kindness and care. During our brief interactions, I got the sense that he is a really ki... read more

She made a very stressful situation feel seamless and manageable. What stood out most was her professionalism and quick response to every single question I had. She is extremely knowledgeable and kept me fully informed... read more

Our job was not a large one; nevertheless, the attention and professionalism this company gave to it was especially gratifying. High praise to the teams assigned to us — they were all pleasant, courteous, always helpful, and wonderfully efficient. Our home was treated with special care and respect. We knew every step of the way what was being done, how, and the reason for — communication was great in every way. If a restoration company is ever needed again in future [Heaven forbid], we wouldn’t want any other company to do i... read more
