We hired Dave to perform some major renovations to our 1960s home. Our kitchen and dining area were completely gutted and rebuilt with two new beams, new flooring, insulation, drywall, windows, custom cabinets, new island, etc. We also had extensive basement renovations performed. We were very happy with Dave and the tradespeople he hired. Dave and his team were responsive and professional in all respects. It is now a few months since completion and we continue to be very pleased with the high-quality results.

It was a complicated and difficult renovation but Dave from Premium Renovations and his crew did a fantastic job. I was impressed with the level of organization and attention to details and Dave was careful to keep us informed of the progress and managed to stay on budget for the quoted work. We have used Premium Renovations on 2 different projects - 20 years apart and both times we have been very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of the work.
