New to pools and asked for help and the guy just told me to read the bottles in a condescending voice. Doesn’t want to test the water sample I brought in and tells me I need $220 worth of products. I went to another local store that was way more helpful (tested my water and answered my questions) and spent $80 on the products I needed to treat my pool.
Went into Premium Pool and Spa in search of a plug and play hot tub. Dealt with Jeremy, who did a fantastic job trying to accommodate our needs! He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we went another route but I definitely recommend stopping here for your next hot tub purchase!
We phoned Mike to inquire about a new hot tub and he was so knowledgeable about jacuzzies. We felt really excited about buying one - however this was the first place we called. So we searched elsewhere and learned about other brands to be sure the price tag was worth it and guess what it absolutely was! Not just for the service but the jacuzzi (j-355) we bought is unreal. Great customer service from Mike. The delivery guys were very friendly and efficient, they came back to make sure everything was okay. Their water testing is fast, efficient and they offer easy to understand instructions if chemistry needs adjusting. Overall 5 star service.
