Our sales person, Sean Simpson was excellent to deal with. He works out of the Kamloops office and we never even met him. My husband and I live in Princeton. I had an issue with a warranty and spoke with Carl, who told me to send an email with photos, which I did. I received no response after two weeks, so I reached out again. Carl then asked me to send another email with attached photos, which I also did. Once again, no response. I called the office and left a message asking for someone to call me back — no one did. We recently purchased our Jacuzzi hot tub from Premium Pool and Spa (Kelowna). Dave was our sales representative and he was very knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. Our hot tub has been installed for two weeks now and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the Jacuzzi product. Premium was most helpful with regard to after sales communication around delivery, installation (craned into location), and start-up. I highly recommend Premium Pool and Spa.
I bought my Jacuzzi hot tub a year ago from Jeff McKee/Big Red. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and never pressured or rushed me in making my decision. He is definitely not stingy with his time!!! I absolutely love my Jacuzzi!! There have been a couple issues requiring service under the warranty that were promptly dealt with.
