I purchased my hot tub from Premium Pool and Spa and have used their company for multiple services over the years, including winterization. After they winterized my tub, the plumbing pipes cracked over the winter. I contacted them and spoke directly with the owner at the beginning of the issue. A technician was sent to repair the pipes, but after I cleaned and refilled the tub it still leaked, which caused mold buildup on the concrete pad and inside the tub. Great experience here all around. I’ve been coming here for years for supply’s to my Sundance Spa that I brought over from Alberta (it’s the only retailer in Kelowna that will have parts for it). Staff are always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

We got a hottub from here 3 years ago brand new. The first day they set it up, we saw one of the hottub clips had broken during their installation process. I emailed them about it. No reply to our email, they said in person that it should be fine with the other three and did not offer to resolve the broken clip. 3 years later, all clips have broken, very poor quality. With that being said our hottub lid will fly open and debris, leaves, etc completely fill the hottub. This requires us to dump, drain, and reset the hottub alm... read more

I had an issue with a warranty and spoke with Carl, who told me to send an email with photos, which I did. I received no response after two weeks, so I reached out again. Carl then asked me to send another email with attached photos, which I also did. Once again, no response. I called the office and left a message asking for someone to call me back — no one did.
