Exact same experience as another reviewer & would give zero stars if I could. Parker BEWARE - 7/31 showed up at 11:30 am & proceeded to utilize the link for parking, paid $10.12 via ApplePay & assumed the payment went thru; never recvd a confirmation & didn't realize we should've screen-shot the whole transaction. Came back at 12:50 pm to my car being booted! No ticket, just a boot. So basically Admiral Enforcement "stole" my property (car) & forced me to pay a ransom before I could leave the parking lot! I would give this lot zero stars if I could. I paid for 12 hours of parking through the Premium Parking app and returned to find my vehicle booted anyway because of what the enforcement officer admitted was a “system glitch.” Even after showing proof that I had paid, I was met with hostility instead of an apology or an effort to resolve the mistake. Went to a baseball game and while I was there some driver put a massive dent in my car then fled. Called operator to report it the next morning and was told they would provide their surveillance video if I filed a police report. Heard nothing for two weeks, then when I called again, they told me they never had a camera there to begin with. It's 2024, security cameras are dirt cheap -- what are you even paying for? AVOID. "City of Good Neighbors"? Nobody acting neighborly in this situation.
