SCAM. Do not use the app to pay for parking in NOLA. Paid and was booted. Showed proof, had to pay $141 to remove the boot that was placed on the tired. SCAM REWARE
Premium Parking is running a scam. We parked, paid through the app, have our plate registered of course. Then got a 85.00 ticket in the mail. Had to file a complaint with co. , showing Amex receipt, etc. and app receipt. All of which they have access to. So, not only did they fail to read the in/out pictures of our car they sent us, look up our plate info and check our payment records - they just send a ticket threatening to boot car if we don’t pay.
