Still waiting for a quote , I get that it takes time to find availability of parts but just give a call and say “hey we are still waiting to get the availability or exact price for your car” Customer service was terrible. The gentleman did not stand up, kept staring at the computer . Sure enough he explained the process but “make sure you fill out your details clearly so we can read it “ . I get handwriting may be difficult to read or interpret but wow …… And calling you just to follow up is harder than writing an essay
