Back i8n August 2022 I hired Premium Painters to do our entire downstairs with removal of the popcorn ceilings and repaint and do knockdown. They originally did our master bedroom and I was very impressed with not only the owners coming to do estimate but the two gentlemen that actually did the work. So what went wrong this time? welll their is an area in kitchen that had a 24" crack, nothing deep, but was told by the estimator that was an easy fix. First the good: We had a competitor quote and these guys me the quote. The bad: We clearly stated the expectations to the estimator and walked through the house with the lead painter. The entire crew rushed to get done. We have trim work where the underlying paint shows through, we have sheetrock repairs left half done, and areas that had to be caulked that were incomplete.
