Mark and his team are fantastic. They are punctual, professional and perform the work at a high level. Mark is very experienced and I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat.
Called to have them paint my driveway and patio. Then a guy contacted me saying he worked with Premium Painters, came over, so I gave him the work. The owner (corporate) of Premium Painter came by, got upset at the job (and his franchisee), and assured me they would make it right! Said he’d send a ‘great’ painter over for half a day to fix it up. Never sent anyone?! Now I’m stuck with a crap job no one is taking responsibility for. We had the most spectacular experience with Premium Painters. Their attention to detail, responsiveness and professionalism were all second to none. The owner of Premium Painters (Mark) also oversaw the job and was in constant communication with us, unlike other contractors we've used in the past. We will certainly use Premium Painters in the future and would highly recommend them if you want the job done right.
