They have always treated my car well!
Dropped the car in the morning after calling because check engine light on. Had the car all day without fixing. Called me at 4:00 to pick it up. Got there 4:20 and door locked, everyone gone. Business hours are until 5:00 and they knew I was coming. No call, no text, and now I have no car through the weekend. Totally b.s, no service, no integrity.
My car broke down on the way to work. Luckily, Premium Mechanics is located just down the road from my work. They were able to squeeze me in that morning. Their prices are fair and their work is good. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Pasadena area.
