Your website and tracking "service" is trash. I try to track a shipment and just watch the little circle spin and nothing happens. I've left the page open for over 1 minute with no change. I will not use this company in the future because if I can't see where my shipment is, how do I give customers updates?
Excellent transport company, very friendly and professional people. Shout out to Ken and Bernie for being excellent at what they do. couldn't ask for better service. Honest people work here!
