I love my hot tub best purchase I've made in a long time
We tried to purchase a swim spa from Premium Leisure. Received written contract which outlined the terms they wanted us to follow. 3k deposit with 10k due in cash at delivery, We signed and waited for delivery date. after several weeks we contacted the company, they stated they would have a confirmed delivery date within the week, After another week went by we contacted them again, we were told their delivery dept would be contacting us to set up delivery which they did the next day with the promise of yet again confirming a... read more
Terrible service! Had 3 different delivery dates that the spa didnt come. Resceduled 2 cranes and took 2 days off of work. Got the run around for 6 weeks and they would not deliver the spa according to the terms of their contract I practically begged to keep it together finally once we through in the towel miraculously the "say" they found a way to make it work.....no thank you this company does not stand behind what they say they do

dont be scared i was but after a friend got one in greensboro i looked at it got in it was wonderful ,waited a couple months ordered one for me and my wife have had it 9 months no problems 8 dollars a month more in electricity worth 10 time that . had one small problem with one jet they came fixed we are very happy
