We have a Go Spa 742 that we have had a few issues with that we purchased from a local dealer. The service from the local dealer has been absolutely terrible. When we found Premium Lesiure St Petersburg FL online at 877-237-8772 to get parts we have had wonderful service. They were friendly and courteous and able to get us the parts we needed in less than a week.

Never purchase a Premium Leisure hot tub!!! Never buy a hot tub from a trade show.They are from Florida and they could care less when your in OKlahoma. I purchased a premium hot tun last February at a boat show in Tulsa. It loses 8" of water every week. For months they told me to fix it myself they would send the part. I didn't purchase a NEW tub so I could start working on it. After countless emails, phone calls and 10 months Istill have a hot tub that wont hold water

Premium Leisure LLC is the most unprofessional, unbelievable, headache of a business I have ever dealt with in my short 31 years of life. I'm going to take you back to Aug 2017 when we were attending the Illinois State Fair- we had just got done with the memorial service for our fallen (Yes, my brother being one of them.) and we're walking around- we stumbled along this area with these hot tubs and decided to stop. I purchased a hot tube from this company at a local home and garden show. First Mistake. The sales man dropped the tube off and had to leave to deliver other tubs. Of course never seen again but did leave me his phone number to call ½ across the United States. That week the certified electrician hooked up power to the tub and we tested it with water in the tub. This can is totally sales oriented and not customer satisfaction driven. I bought our tub direct from the factory as I live in that area. What I was told during the sales I did not get after sales. The tub structure seems to be good and the plumbing and pumps seem to be goog. However, the misc parts such as the ozoneator, audio system and control panels are very much low bid items. You know how much a company appreciates you as a customer, when things don't go right on the customer's end. I purchased a new hot tub from Marty during the Home & Garden show. First thing Monday morning they came out to trade out the old hot tub for the new one. I had made arrangements for the hot tub to be drained and electricity disconnected before they got there. Great spa. I have had other spas in the past that never seemed to hold up, but my premium leisure spa hasn't let me down once. I also spoke with an employee there by the name of Billy Dodson (I believe) and he was very knowledgeable and a huge help in determining what spa best suited my needs. Thanks premium leisure.
