One star is too generous. I echo the previous reviews. Rebecka took my money & my trust and never filed my divorce papers. She insisted that someone in the court must have lost them, then refused to return my calls or emails. The court clerks stamp everything that comes in & had nothing from my case. After beginning the whole divorce process over again (recreating documents, filing, etc...)with an attorney, my divorce was delayed for a year. I also will be filing a small claims case for my lost fees.

Well since they didnt file the appropriate paperwork I am left doing it myself. I am not only irate, but extremely hurt. I can not believe that they can make such a huge mistake and not only know it but not offer to fix it or give me my money back. Im a single mom. Thanks to PREMIUM LEGAL i will not be able to get any retroactive child support. So not only did my son dad get away with it for years he just got another year off the books because of the incompetence.

Do not do business with Premium Legal Documents, they are dishonest and unethical. I dealt with the owner Rebecka Monez and paid her $150 in advance for work that was never done. She has continually lied to me regarding It's completion, and lately will not return phone calls or answer written correspondence. I will be filing a small claims action against her and her firm.

wow! great customer service! i have called this business two different times. The fist time i spoke with Rhonda. She made me feel extreamly comfortable and had a kind, but yet to the point personality. She knows her stuff! second time i called spoke with i think a receptionist. Super nice! They will for sure get my business!
