They just stopped cutting my lawn and will not return my calls or emails..I have already paid for May service and nobody has shown up yet. My grass has now reached about 18" so I'm going to have to pay another company to come get the job done. I cannot recommend a company with the lack of communication and follow through like this.

Ordered 3 pallets of grass. 2 pallets were old - dead and fell apart they would not stay in rectangular shape long enough to pickup and lay! I called and was told they needed pictures- I sent still pics and a video of the dead grass. Asked for owner or manager to call me to discuss how they were going to rectify the issue. No return call - was told that they would determine how they would handle with the vendor - made NO mention of what type of customer service they would do for us. Our experience was horrible. After our consultation they gave us date of service. The deposit was paid for and we were excited to see the finish product. They were a NO SHOW the days they told us they were going to begin work. No email or call was sent to let us know. They then rescheduled and again they were a NO SHOW. An email was sent stating our frustration with their lack of communication. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the work Premium Landscape has done for us. Prices were reasonable and work done exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend!! If you need brick landscaping work, this is who we would refer you to!! Thank you Premium!!
