Horrible
They just stopped cutting my lawn and will not return my calls or emails..I have already paid for May service and nobody has shown up yet. My grass has now reached about 18" so I'm going to have to pay another company to come get the job done. I cannot recommend a company with the lack of communication and follow through like this.
Ordered 3 pallets of grass. 2 pallets were old - dead and fell apart they would not stay in rectangular shape long enough to pickup and lay! I called and was told they needed pictures- I sent still pics and a video of the dead grass. Asked for owner or manager to call me to discuss how they were going to rectify the issue. No return call - was told that they would determine how they would handle with the vendor - made NO mention of what type of customer service they would do for us.
