Every fall when we turned on the heat for the first time, the house smelled like burnt dust for a week. We thought it was normal. The duct crew said it’s not. It means dust is sitting on the heat exchanger and in the ducts. They cleaned all the supply lines and the furnace cabinet. This fall we turned on the heat and there was zero smell. Nothing. My wife didn’t even notice the heat was on. That burnt smell was dust burning off. We won’t smell it ever again.

They have a 1-year promise. If dust comes back because of the ducts, they come clean again free. No one else offers that. It shows they are sure of their work. We are 8 months in and the house is still clean. But it is nice to know they stand behind it.
