On a hot day, a crisis occurred when the air conditioner failed. The pleasant lady on the phone did her best to arrange someone on the same day, and an hour later, I received a call stating that a technician was on the way. The gentleman that arrived knew his stuff (and was a hoot), it took him literally 20 minutes to figure out the problem, he replaced it in minutes. Amazing service!!
