We hired Donovan to inspect both halves of the same duplex and he quoted us at half the price of other inspectors in town. He conducted a thorough inspection of both properties, and walked us through and explained specific issues as we were on site. His report was incredibly comprehensive and gave us all the information we needed to proceed with the home buying process.
