Kim is the best! Not only did he take care of me finding the perfect used washing machine; he made it the most amazing purchase I've made in awhile. I love his outstanding humor. When him and another worker came to my home to hook up washing machine & remove the old one. They educate me about my home not having ventilation for my dryer which I've never noticed🤦♀️.
