Put air condition in my aunts house about a two weeks ago and they have been there four different times already because it keeps going out. I don’t understand what they’re getting wrong every time or they can’t figure out what it’s getting ridiculous

Premium Heating & Air Conditioning was very helpful and quick with scheduling, even going out of their way to make it convenient for my work hours. Ryan came out on time and got the job done fast. I will be using them from now on for all of my heating needs!

The repair and purchase was on a Monday, the team came out to remove the old furnace and put in the new one two days later on Wednesday. Sean, Steve, and company did a great job. They put down runners to protect the wood floors and the stairs, did the install, cut down a bush where I wanted the new vent to come out, answered all of my questions, helped set up the new programmable thermostat, and cleaned up

Michael came out to do the regularly scheduled maintenance of our unit. He was on time, knowledgeable, explained things well, and gave suggestions that made a lot of sense. He also made friends with my cat. I’m going to ask him for all my maintenance calls.

Same day service due to a leaking a/c. The technician was very professional, honest and straightforward. Completed the job in a timely manner and the cost was comparable to other companies. Don't have any complaints. Premium Heating & Air Conditioning is awesome and will be back.
