Cancelled the testing on site. Management, Health care personnel should evaluate specimen collecting and handling, with emphasis on aseptic technique. 1star for getting an appointment about same day.
This was a seamless Covid testing experience from start to finish. There was online check in and the person taking the sample was courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
