I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I scheduled an appointment for a basement repair estimate, and they confirmed the date and time. This review does not pertain to workmanship.It is about miscommunication,lack of communication, confusion & frustation.I cannot honestly say if this is an attitude issue or simply a lack of planning & communication skills. Regardless,the end result is you are just glad when the job is over & done with.
