I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I scheduled an appointment for a basement repair estimate, and they confirmed the date and time. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and I didn’t receive a phone call, email, or any notice that they would be late or needed to reschedule. My time is valuable, and I expected at least the courtesy of a quick update. This review does not pertain to workmanship.It is about miscommunication,lack of communication, confusion & frustation.I cannot honestly say if this is an attitude issue or simply a lack of planning & communication skills. Regardless,the end result is you are just glad when the job is over & done with.
We had Justin and I believe Gerald (correct me if I'm wrong) come out to do work on our outside foundation, I would highly recommend to use Premium Foundation Repairs for anyone looking. Very hard working, respectful and great individuals. Very knowledgeable and gives you a look into what they find and repair. Great jobs guys
