I've switched from my local pharmacy to Premium Family about 3 months ago and everything is going great. They have great, personalized customer service and they have been mailing or delivering my prescriptions to me right on time and I don't have to drive to pick them up anymore. I truly hope they stay this way as I'll need this type of service the older I get and the more I'll appreciate not having to drive to pick up my medications. Keep up the good work you guys!
Needed a schedule 2 medication filled after oral surgery. This pharmacy doesn't fill schedule 2 medications. I'm a retired pharmacist and have only heard of this practice if the pharmacy is in trouble with State board. Needless to say I have been in pain waiting. Pharmacist didn't call me or my dentist. Poor customer service by pharmacist. I will have all prescriptions transfered. This is NOT a pharmacy it's a joke and I hope the pharmacist is never in pain from surgery and treated this way.
