This location does not honor their appointment times my appointment was at 4:30pm and wasn’t attended in till nearly closing and the scheduling staff is never flexible with times, their way or the highway. the times that we have shared concerns about our braces there hasn’t been much concern from the doctor. I wish this place could be more organized.
I recently got a new dental crown here, and the experience was exceptional. The dentist explained the entire process clearly and ensured I was completely comfortable and pain-free the whole time.
I’m a regular patient and have been coming there for years. I prefer Dr. Nyugen and he does a thorough job. My only complaint is I wish he would call in a prescription instead of handing a paper copy, so I don’t have to go the the pharmacy twice for one item.
