Comenzaron muy bien, ahora solo por tomarte la cita y facturarte, te dejan mas de 2 horas esperando para un estudio. Jugando con el tiempo y el dinero de la gente, sin importar si es una emergencia
Terrible servicio al cliente, luego de enviar mi seguro, me hicieron dar un viaje al lugar para decirme que no aceptaban mi seguro 6 meses después de esta primera mala experiencia, nuevamente Premium Diagnostics hace un terrible trabajo. No me dicen los pre requisitos para el estudio antes de llegar sino cuando llego. A esperar horas aquí.
Excelente servicio, educados, rapidos, y muy atentos, el lugar es muy tranquilo, y el personal siempre está atento.
