We originally considered hiring Mike until he came out to be more than double the cost of literally everyone else. When he found out we didn’t hire him, he filed permit complaints with the city against our chosen contractor to slow down our work out of spite. What kind of jerk does this? Mike, a word of advice, quote a reasonable price and people may use you, and when you rightfully loose a bid, have some self-respect and leave the customer alone.
