Zach is a genuine person of good character. Through the few years I've known him...he has always had a good manner and tries his best to satisfy your needs. If you have any needs with your HVAC system(s)...he will find a solution and work with you. His rates are compliant and very comparable to other companies in our area. Charged for 2 + hours and couldn’t complete maintenance/service cause he didn’t have tools needed. Was told he’d need to come back with a recovery cylinder and that the unit needed a new capacitor. Scammed me......it would take 1/2 hour to do what he did....and another air cond guy completed the service and he told me I didn’t need a capacitor!!! This guy, Zach just wanted to pad my Bill. No professional air cond guy goes out to service a unit without the tools and parts that would be required.
