Premium comfort is no doubt one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with! Ivett handled my problem with understanding and professionalism. I’m a big believer in communication and she went above and beyond. Jose, who came to my house was absolutely wonderful. He went into great detail what the problem was and how they were going to correct it. Jose arrived when he said he would and did a great job. Crews performed well above expectations. Notified me well before they arrived Arrived on time. Both employees reintroduced themselves, showed them around, understood my concerns, performed a maintenance tuneup on my AC unit. Perfomed a very complete AC tuneup, condenser, fan and evaporator cleaning, check ductwork for leaks, checked operation AC, added freon as needed and performed other unit check.
