I want to highlight the customer service provided by this company. The staff are friendly, kind, and genuinely care about their clients’ satisfaction. They ensure that every customer is happy with their services and are VERY responsive to any concerns. Fantastic job done by the whole team on 02/10/25. We had a one off deep clean, plus carpet and sofa steam cleaning. The whole flat is sparkling. Perfectly punctual arrival and everyone worked very hard throughout the day, and were cheerful and friendly. Such attention to detail; the oven, grill, microwave and cooker hood are all spotless now. This was a post decorator clean so there was a lot to do. Absolutely fabulous job, with real attention to detail. I'm very particular about cleanliness, and the cleaners left my flat beautifully, indeed beatifically clean. They were also careful with my things so nothing was damaged and everything was exactly as it should be. Communication with the office was easy and pleasant. Five star service at a very reasonable price.

Booked them for steam carpet cleaning and was really happy with the outcome. They arrived on time, moved things carefully and took their time on the high-traffic areas. The carpets looked brighter, smelled clean and dried quicker than expected. Professional, polite and easy to work with.

Fantastic service! Five stars! Really easy to book, everyone was super helpful and friendly and professional . I needed an end of tenancy clean and carpet/upholstery clean. Premium clean did a fantastic job, absolutely transformed the space which had been left pretty dirty. Punctual, great communication, lovely people to deal with and they did a really superb job, I will definitely be using them from now on. I highly recommend this company!
