Thank you Premium Catering for the delicious food and wonderful service during the Parkland Ukrainian Dancers Malanka. With this event hosting 300 people the food was warm and the trays were always full. People in line never had to wait for trays to be filled, your servers were fast and always watching to switch or fill up before the trays were empty. Rude Owner! I had some inquiries about the company as I am planning a wedding! The owner told me to look at the website! why do you even have a message area on facebook if your not going to use it properly Premium Catering? Terrible service! when I had reached out to the owner to ask for menu details he kept referring me to the website apposed to taking his time to answer my questions. yes I'm sure they are very busy people but when you actually have time to answer the messages that's when you should reply. I understand yes they have a website I found it very unhelpful and was only able to view one short menu, this is why I had messaged. Best caterer for the price
Don't waste your money on this company. The owner is rude and doesn't own up to his mistakes. He was late for my wedding, served cold food, ripped us off for late lunch and his staff failed to wash dishes properly.
