We are very annoyed as we bought a car from this dealership and after under four months and less than 2,000km driven, the car overheated. An independent mechanic confirmed the engine is not repairable and we cannot drive the car. It has a whole in the motor and the report from the mechanics said that the breakdown should come from before as it’s not something that usually happens in less than 4 months… We contacted the dealership but no solution has been provided. Very disappointing.
We purchased a Suzuki Swift from this dealership and after less than 4 months and only 1,886 km of driving, the car suffered a *major engine failure*. An independent mechanic found a hole/crack in the engine block and confirmed the car is unsafe to drive and not repairable. We contacted the dealership and dealt with Stefano (the owner), but unfortunately no solution has been offered and responsibility has been refused. We are now forced to escalate the matter. Very disappointing experience.
Great service and a very positive experience. The salesperson was very helpful and explained everything clearly. We purchased a Hyundai i30 and are very happy with the service we received. Excellent customer service throughout the whole process.
***VEHICLE UPDATE 10/12/ l25 – TRUE STORY - MY EXPERIENCE*** I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in July 2024. Within the first month it developed transmission problems and was returned for repairs. I continued to have issues with the way it drove afterwards. On 20th November, 2024, the car broke down again with transmission issues. It has been undriveable since that date. I got a Mazda 2 (2014) in amazing condition. Excellent car and excellent service. I 100% recommend this place if you’re looking to get a new car.
