Got the blokes from premium to clean my lounge suite looked good when it was wet but when it was dried you could see 3 small areas had some marks still .So I called Rod and told him he apologized and said they would be there at 9 in the morning to rectify the issue.they arrived just before 9 and apologized again and did the marks it dried and the marks were gone. As their work is garentied no problem so very happy with the service would recommend them for sure and get them back great experience thanks Premium Carpet Cleaning
I have used Rod in the past to clean the carpets at a rental property and more recently to clean a mattress. Rod was upfront about what to expect in terms of the results and pricing which allowed me to make an informed decision whether to proceed or not. Rod did a great job and was also punctual, transparent, polite and efficient. Premium carpet cleaning is also very cost effective compared with other competitors. If I could give 100 stars I would. I recently moved and when my furniture was delivered it was entirely covered in mould from storage. I was ready to take it all to the dump but am so glad I called Rod. It was late on a Friday afternoon. He came early Saturday morning and was able to restore all the mattresses and the couches.
