Why don't they answer there phones very lazy
Trying to call them is horrendous. i waited for 20 minutes to talk to someone just to change and confirm an appointment, which you can't do online with certain bookings. I hung up!! don't have time to chase them. Very Poor!!
After waiting 35 minutes on hold on the phone, I was told by a not so cooperative receptionist that, They were busy and I had to wait my turn. Surely in 35mins my " turn " should have come around. Then after all that she argued with me about my query about my care plan and said I'd used my visits , when in fact I hadn't used any. I think they need to learn some customer and phone skills and learn how to follow up. My original query about this was 5 weeks ago and I was told they would look into it and get back to me.
