I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I recently experienced at your clinic. While I have always found the doctors to be very professional and caring, my interaction with the reception staff and manager was extremely unpleasant. These guys are a joke of a doctor's practice, I was referred to them by sonder hoping to find a good GP, the doctor is good but the admin staff and company policies are pathetic. Takes minimum 20 mins for any one in reception to answer, they don't send certificates even after they said they have and they want to charge to send an email with some of my details, I'm a new customer and after 6 months of this crap I'm finding a new doctor. Very frustrating from front staff they are not listening and always told that is not my part of job other receptionist will do at the end no one do anything. Very frustrating
