Premium Care Auto gets 5 stars from me! Nathan and his team are efficient, knowledgeable and honest. This standard of service is hard to come by these days, and I’m so glad I found this shop! I’ve referred 3 people here already, and will continue to spread the word about this gem of a crew!
Highly recommend! Nathan took great care of my car and was honest and professional throughout the whole process. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by taking care of a few small extra things without charge. It's hard to find mechanics who genuinely care about their customers, and that was definitely my experience here. Fair pricing, great work, and excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.
If I could give a 100 stars I would Nathan was beyond excellent with us we were in quite the mess with previous neglect and very faulty work been done at another garage We were at our wits not sure what could be done a replacement vehicle at this part was not a option as we had poured thousands in vehicle already When Nathan looked at the mess and horrible condition it was in he made no promises he was fair and very nice about it but was not sure how to fix such a problem We were worried but he was upfront and would make a a... read more
