First of all, Alicia and I discussed the timing of the maintenance of my vehicle and what it needed in terms of a preliminary assessment and simply what it needed. Alicia really demonstrated excellent communication. And she made everything easy. They then took my car for a series of maintenance and did a great job. They were very easy and fast to work with.
