At my first visit I was pleasantly surprised with the way that I was greeted by the receptionist. I also was treated nicely buy all 3 additional staff that I came in contact with. Violet easily inserted my IV without any pain. And the other 2 staff explained everything to me step-by-step that I knew what was coming next. I really appreciated that they took the time to speak with me.
Had a nice experience. Two Gujarati technicians helped navigated through for my mother who couldn’t speak or understand English very well.
I had an app. here today its a nice & friendly atmosphere here. I had a technician named Kody whois very cheerful, nice, considerate & respectful. She explained step by step for each phase of testing & even considerately offered me a chance to ask any questions if I had any before jumping right in. Took my dad here today and it was a great experience. Other cardiologists and clinics just rush us but this clinic was so nice from the beginning to the end to the appointment. The staff and doctors were so informative and kind, I’m looking forward to coming back for his next appointment!
Premium Cardiac Centre is truly a facility of par excellence. All of the staff members at the reception desk, technicians with whom we interacted were very professionally skilled, cordial ,very friendly and provided the best care. The doctor 's team is also of the highest standard. Indeed, this facility is the best.We felt positive and relaxed after leaving the clinic.
