Very dishonest and deceptive. My mother-in-law (single lady in her 50s) was pressured by door knockers to sign up for their Complete Automotive Maintainence Package. For this package she handed over $250 just to sign up, then took her car in for a basic service and basic clean for a further $290. So $540 in total for a service and basic clean which is far too much. I purchased a $250 voucher from Premium Car Wash Tyres & Service Center after being told it included many services like diagnostics, logbook servicing, brake replacement, and more. But when I took my car in to get it checked, they charged me extra — even for things that were clearly listed in the voucher. They are fraud. They have sold car service combo which saying 2 free services but they will be charging again .
