נחתנו בניו יורק כקבוצה של 9 אנשים עם הרבה מזוודות, והטיסה שלנו התעכבה בשעה וחצי. למרות העיכוב, שני נהגים דוברי עברית עקבו אחרי מצב הטיסה והיו בדיוק בזמן באולם הנחיתות עם רכבי SUV מרווחים ונקיים. קיבלנו מהם הדרכה ברורה בווטסאפ איך לצאת ואיפה הם יחכו לנו, והכול התנהל בצורה חלקה ומרגיעה. השירות היה מקצועי, אדיב ובשפה שאנחנו מרגישים בה הכי בנוח. מומלץ מאוד למשפחות, קבוצות וכל מי שמחפש שקט מהנחיתה ועד הדלת!
