My elderly parents have paid $$$$ in down payments for work to be done with regards to cabinet work in their condo. 6 months later and after numerous attempts via phone we are no further ahead with getting our work done. Lies after lies this business has left my parents stumped on if/when the cabinets will be done. What kind of business takes their money in down payment, cashes the cheque and fails to do the work? This BBB will be the next step. Shame on them to prey on older folks and not finish the job!
I purchased a home with a brand new kitchen installed by Premium. House had never been lived in and cabinets (high gloss) had streaks down the edges all over from what they thought was residue from the wrap. However it’s actually scratches from the machine that did the taped edges. Bill hasn’t replied to anymore of my emails, calls or texts to come to some kind of resolution. The Staff he sent there to try remove the residue damaged two doors with a solvent which were replaced thanks to Ryan. Still no response or recognition... read more
