We are first time home buyers that have had about $7,000 stolen from us plus the amount of time we wasted listening to Arthur and Suzannes lies. Arthur and his daughter came into our home to measure for our cabinet order in November and we promptly gave them a $1,000 deposit via credit card. We were remodeling our whole home so we weren't ready to have the cabinets delivered yet, so they held onto our deposit. Like many other customers in Leominster, Premium Cabinet Wholesalers actively solicited us after we stopped by their showroom in Leominster, and enticed us with discounts and offers. Premium Cabinet Wholesalers employees, under the supervision of owner Arthur J H*******, gave us a printed and Emailed copy of an estimate, accepted our payment, and provided a delivery date. This business has defrauded me. The toke over $1700 from me but never came to installed my countertop. Keep giving excuses . Rather I went to the place and it was close . I emailed them for their new address so I can give them more money they that was when they gave me . 306 Boston Rd. North Billerica. To my surplus they have change the name to 1st Klass cabinet wholesalers. I fear that they will defraud residence of Billerica and around as they have defrauded millions of dollars from Residence of Leominster and around

Premium Cabinet Wholesalers accepted a $3,500 deposit from us three months ago (50% of the purchase price for our kitchen cabinets) and refused to return calls and emails. They have since closed their shop and vanished. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office and the Leominster Police. The Police recently informed me they have now filed criminal complaints against this vendor. I would like my $3,500 returned.

STAY AWAY! In an effort to prevent anyone else from being put through the ringer by Premium Cabinets, I feel I must leave this review. We worked with Premium Cabinets in the fall of 2017 and placed our cabinet order in their office on December 28, 2017. During that meeting we approved the plans, signed the contract and handed Arthur H******* a check for nearly $10,000. Six to eight weeks was the timeframe for our cabinet delivery. 17 weeks have passed since we gave Premium Cabinets our $8,000+ check for cabinets. We still have no cabinets and have not gotten our money back. When we paid last year we were told we'd have cabinets in 6-8 weeks. After not being able to get a straight answer from Premium Cabinets on what exactly the hold-up was, we just contacted ********************** directly and found our cabinets had never been ordered last year and our check was used by Premium Cabinets to pay for another customer's bill.
