I had a great experience getting a bid from this contractor. The estimate was thorough, clearly explained, and very fair. They took the time to walk through everything with me and answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Ultimately, we went a different direction because my dad chose to hire someone he knows personally, but I was very impressed with the professionalism and would absolutely consider using them for future projects.

Hugo and the crew from Premium Build Services did a great job demolishing and rebuilding our chimney and our 2nd floor deck. They replaced some additional pieces that had rot, bringing everything up to code and left two clean, well built and good looking projects.
