Bought a mini air blower from A2Z and the blower broke within four weeks. Contacted A2Z and they told me I would have to call Premium Balloon so we did. We were ask to send several pictures and we did. After two days no response. Called did a follow up and the same lady said she did not get the pictures send them again. We did. Next day we called and followed up again and she said she could do nothing that the break was our fault. I will also post on A2Z reviews also.
