This review is two star for said reason: I had a problem with my brakes. So I payed for a brake bleeding which didn't solve the problem. Which was no big deal. Since I didn't tell them my brakes were messed up. But literally next day I went in to make a appointment to see whats wrong with the brakes. I told them "I have a brake problem, and if they can do a "FULL BRAKE INSPECTION" to find out whats wrong". I payed for the INSPECTION to be done. I made the appointment for next week again. My daughter's envoy was there to have the water pump replaced. My husband paid for the pump and my daughter brought it with her. My husband spoke to Dan and was quoted $418 and change for labor and antifreeze. Today, they called my husband to tell him it was done and the total was $467 and change. I understand an estimate is an estimate, but when your talking mechanic to mechanic and threaten to charge another $130 an hour for shop time for the vehicle sitting there is uncalled for!!!!
