I had my appointment for 11am at this location in Oldsmar. When i arrived they could not find my appointment. It took 45 minutes to get check in to my schedule appointment, 45min later. Very disorganized and just putting out fire as the lady mentioned that work in the front desk. I just had to smile. While other customer are waiting they are in a discussion meeting.
