Extremely disappointed with this body shop. They were authorized by SilverRock/Carvana to fix a scratch on my 2025 Mini Cooper JCW. Their own Google photos show they’ve worked on this exact model before, yet they failed to notice or ask about the factory decals common on these cars. The car was supposed to be ready within two to three days, but this oversight led to major delays, broken promises, and conflicting excuses.
