I called looking to replace my 2012 Chevy Traverse Mirror. I called Star Auto Parts in Janesville Wisconsin and it went to this phone number. I was told they had several distributors across the country. They did have a mirror assembly for my Traverse cost was $200. I was told it was in Grade A condition. Purchased a motor and it arrived a week late. The motor was not shipped correctly, I received it with several parts damaged/broken.

I purchased a Tonneau hard cover Tri Fold for my 2012 Dodge Ram **** for $628.00 on 5/20/22. Did not receive item paid for as advertised and company refused to make good on substantial price difference between what was advertised and I bought and paid for accordingly and what I actually received. All they said was I could return the entire item, at my expense, for "full credit". They do not call or email when they say they will. I had very unpleasant experience with this company. I ordered front wheel knuckle assembly for my car and it came to me in totally useless condition. When I ordered it, salesman described and promised me that it is in a good condition and has low miles on it but when I received it, I had to wear protective gloves because I didn't want to touch it. I purchased a transmission from All American Car Parts in February 2021. The Transmission came three days later than I was told. I was also told I would get text updates which never happened. I was told by the salesman that all transmissions would be checked by their mechanic to be sure it is in good working shape, also, I was never told the time of the warranty. They promised me the O2sensors and heat shields, i didnt even get the bolts to the heat shields. So i requested he do a return for me, he said i have to go online to file that. That is some crap, i bet i dnt get a response.
